Joan Grace is Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Winnipeg.  Her research examines the Manitoba public policy environment, how institutions of the state structure women’s policy advocacy and how Canadian governments, through gender-based analysis, influence women’s achievements in organizations and workplaces.  Joan has also contributed significant Canadian experiential insights to feminist institutionalism.  Recent publications have appeared in Parliamentary Affairs and the Manitoba Law Journal.
