Ewa Rumińska-Zimny is an economist and is currently Lecturer at the Polish Academy of Science, Gender Studies. She is the president of the International Forum of Women in Science and Business at the Warsaw School of Economics, a board member of the Congress of Polish Women, and a member of Experts’ Forum of the European Institute for Gender Equality. She was Visiting Professor at Georgetown University, worked as Senior Economist at the Human Development Report Office of the United Nations, and as Gender Focal Point Administrator at the United Nations. She is author of reports and publications to the United Nations, the European Parliament, the European Commission, and the Council of Europe.
