Delphine Brochard

About

Delphine Brochard is an Associate Professor of economics at the Sorbonne School of Economics and co-director with Sandra Laugier of the Master in Gender Studies of Paris 1-Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She is a member of the scientific committee of the French Gender Institute dedicated to the coordination, scientific hosting, and promotion of research on gender and sexuality (https://institut-du-genre.fr/en/). She is also a member of the Una Gender and Equality Network (UGEN – Una Europa). Her research and teaching focus on gender equality at work. She is particularly interested in the impact of human resource management practices on gender inequalities and their feedback effects on women’s behavior.
