GEPP-EQUAL PAY was convened in 2019 and held a first workshop at Bielefeld University in Germany in July 2023 and a second research workshop in November 2023 at LIEPP Sciences Po-Paris.  Thanks to the teamwork and research, we were able to secure a book contract with Oxford University Press. The book, POLICY WHEN IMPLEMENTATION STALLS: THE UPHILL BATTLE FOR EQUAL PAY, edited by Isabelle Engeli and Amy G. Mazur, should be out in early 2026.
